Why to choose Spain as your next holiday destination? Well, you have question in your mind I have answer for that! There are many reasons why should you choose Spain as holiday destinations, I have covered almost all the points which will at the end make you amazed. Spain is all about beaches, dance parties and night life, it has some historic places and cities where you will find the Spanish culture and some of the great churches as well. As I have mentioned in my previous article Spain is getting major number of visitors from England, UK and USA. You will find some of the most famous sea food and Spanish cuisines. In this article I tried to showcase some of the greatest festivals of Spain which are famous all around the world and try to include popular tourist attractions in Spain.

Spain is very well known around the world for its breath taking festivals which will amazed you how they follow their culture. Lets talk about festivals held in Spain which are famous all around the world. This is first reason why you should choose Spain as holiday destination.

La Tomatina Festival:-

La Tomatina its festival which held in Valencian town of bunol, Spain. This is a unique festival where people throw tomato on each other for fun. This festival held on last Wednesday of august month every year. If you are going to Spain during august than I recommend that you must visit this place and be part of it.

Running of the Bulls:-

Each year during July 7th to 14th in Pamplona, Spain you will find the one of the most fantabulous festival of Spain Running of Bulls. This festival held in honour of Navarre capitals saint San Fermin. All the young men take part in this and on 7th July they go to the starting line Santo Domingo. Men run in front of small group of bulls to finish the race. Many get injured in this race thought the tradition still continues. This is one of the dangerous festivals and if you miss it than I bet you will regret this.

Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao

Guggenheim Museum is famous architecture of Frank Gehry, which is combination of modern and contemporary art. It is built alongside Nervion River. Museum contains permanent and visiting exhibits of Spanish and other international artist. This building is famous due to its randomness of the curves of building. CATIA was used for the design of the building. Some of the famous films also captured the beauty of museum, James Bond series film called The world is not enough was shoot here.

Sagrada Familia:-

Sagrada Familia is large Roman Catholic Church. It is situated in Barcelona, Spain and designed by architecture Antoni Gaudi. This church is incomplete though it is listed in UNESCO World heritage site. Church becomes talk of the town due to its tremendous architecture. One should definitely visit this church as this is one of the greatest piece of art.

Mezquita of Cordoba:-

Mezquita of Cordoba, another world heritage site of Spain located in Andalusian city of Cordoba. This building was originally a pagan temple then Christian church and then converted into mosque and again converted into Roman Catholic Church. This building is famous for the forest of pillars and arches of the main hall. It is a worth visiting place.

Park Guell:-

Park Guell is very well known garden in Spain. The park was designed by Antoni Gaudi. If you wish to spend a whole day than this place is awesome to go, here you will find different building and sculptures presenting the Gaudis architecture style. You can spend time with full family.

Flamenco:-

Flamenco is a form of dance, a folk art around 200 years old. Flamenco is basically theme based dance. It could be anything starting from politics, humor or history anything you can take as theme. It has complex patterns of rhythm and sophisticated footwork with great posture of upper body. It is very famous in tourist now a day. Dance lovers will surely go to try this and love this.

Pyrenees Mountain:-

Pyrenees is basically a range of mountains in southwest Europe that act as border between France and Spain. This place is popular for winter sports like skiing and mountaineering. You will find ski resorts here. Well, if you are athlete than you will love this place.
